Scope of Work: Elevator Upgrades - Space Modifications

This project consists of modernization of four existing elevators, and converting elevators from traction to hydraulic. Project also includes building 2 new elevator shafts and installing two new hydraulic elevators complete. The project modified existing spaces for new offices, waiting areas, treatment rooms, & break rooms. It included demolition of existing offices, & treatment rooms, structural framing (Elevator shaft), new finishes through out the space such as, Carpet, VCT, ACT ceilings, millwork, and painting. We also installed new plumbing fixtures in locker rooms & rest rooms. HVAC modifications were also performed along with electrical upgrades, a new lighting lay out, patient wander guard system, emergency power upgrades & low voltage. We installed new doors, and one automatic sliding door for a patient wander guard system. The project is being completed in multiple phases to accommodate VA patients & staffing.
