buildings of a 10
building campus in
St Paul, MN. which
is a US Department
of Labor job
training program
with dormitories and
educational
facilities.
Renovations include
a complete
renovation of a 1914
vintage building to
new educational
space and the
complete renovation
of two upper floors
of an existing
1940’s vintage
dormitory to a
single parent
dormitory. Both
buildings include
new finishes,
structural
rehabilitation, new
heating and cooling,
electrical
distribution and
elevator additions.
The project
incorporates Green
Building standards
without formal LEED
certification.
Renovations to two
other buildings
involved tenant
finish build outs
for Center
Operations. Meyer
Contracting was the
Design Builder and
coordinated all
architectural, civil
and structural
design in addition
to the construction
portion of the
